If you are looking for an attorney to represent you to the fullest I recommend that you do not hire Charles Roach a nasty, rude pompous of a attorney. He was recently representing my son and was fired for his lack of communication, effective listening skills and repeated disrespect of his client. He will NOT seek justice for his clients. If you or a loved one has hired him or if he was court appointed please seek a new attorney immediately. Please please take heed of this man if your freedom matters to you. God Bless

I agree with Steven Owens post. I had the displeasure of having Mr. Roach appointed to me. He wouldn’t talk to my wife, and hung up on her when she did get ahold of him. My family and I felt like he wouldn’t work for me, and result in me having a lengthy sentence. I tried writing him while in county and no response, he also put my first court date almost 90 days from the day I was arrested, with no bond, resulting in an unnecessary amount of jail time before my 1st court date. He is a very rude man, and I had spoke to other people who said that he was a bad man who would sell you out in order to get his paying clients a better deal.
He should be disbarred.

Has missed all 3 of my court dates. I've waited 3-4 hrs for Mr. Roach to show up each time for him to never show. Not only has he not showed up to court, he doesn't call to let the court know he's not going to make it. I have yet to ever even meet Mr. Roach. Im now detained at Tarrant County Correction Facility with no future court date set, because of his lack of punctuality. My wife called him today to find out what could we do to get a new court date set and ask why he has completely ignored my case, and Mr.Roach not only yelled at her he also hung up on her when she explained that the call was being recorded and will be sent to the BAR. This was a court appointed attorney for me. So, to avoid spending even longer in jail I was hoping my wife calling could help get us all on the same page. Unfortunately, it looks like I'll have to request a different attorney. In the long run it will most likely get me out sooner, than sticking it out with Charles Roach. Don't put you life, money or freedom in this mans hands. I honestly do not jnkw how he is still practicing law. I have talked to a minimum of 5 previous cliets he's had and not 1 single person had a thing good to say. He is the most unmotivated, selfish, unprofessionally rude attorney I've ever met or knew of in my life. I wish I would have had even the slightest idea of what the attorney i was appointed was like. I would have requested a new one instantly. Because of that alone, im making this review. Hopefully I can help others save their time, money and give their case an actual chance at victory...Charles Roach is not the way for any of that. Good luck to all!
