After being wrongfully accused and convicted of speeding at the rate of 81mph in a 65mph on Chisolm Trail, against all other advice I sought out an attorney to help me with an appeal. Absolutely terrible, they did not keep contact with me, they did not call me back each time they said they would, they did not go to court for me or send information about payment or keep me updated when they said they would handle my case for me. In the end I had to pay for my traffic ticket myself.

If you read these please don’t use them. Got a ticket for right lane must turn right when it was red , and it wasn’t my fault . I pay my fee to the Hawkings ticket company and they told me it was $ 102 and some change and That was the complete fee and nothing else that what the secretary told me. and later on they send me another fee for $72 ? And now I got to take a driving course ? What type of bs is this ? For what for a right lane must turn right ? PLEASE DON’T use them , not worth your money , I could of just went to court and get it dismissed myself , but I trust them and fool me ,

Worst communication. Seems like calls are routed to some call center abroad. Had to call in 4 times and they would put me on hold and forget. Wasted hours and hours just to get connected with someone. Not worth your time and money.

These people work harder for the court then they do for their customers. You are throwing money away hiring them. Either save your money and do it yourself or spend a little more and hire James Mallory it will come out cheaper in the long run.

They call back quickly their fees are cheap but they do a great job of representing you with no points going against your licence for a speeding ticket

In May 2018 I received a traffic citation while on business in Ft. Worth. Since I live 150 miles away I thought it would be best to obtain a local attorney to handle this situation. I searched the web for local attorneys (there are a lot in the DFW area). My biggest concern was to protect my CDL driving record and not get points added. I looked at quite a few of those that came back on my search. I found their website very informative. They are Trial lawyers and they handle CDL licensed drivers offenses.
I am deeply invested in my faith. I was led to Hawkins & Walker on faith. Andrew and Sommer Walker are the best. They gladly accepted my case. All the staff have been of the utmost in professionalism. Each time I called their office, I was able to talk with a "person". My concerns were always promptly and satisfactorily addressed. I was guided through each step of the entire process and did as Andrew advised. My case was handled to the desired outcome. And if price had been a concern in the beginning, it certainly became irrelevant in the end. I would have gladly paid more to have had this handled the way it was and to my satisfaction. My thanks to Andrew, Sommer and the entire staff at Hawkins & Walker.

I will absolutely be back if I need them. These guys are great. They always answer the phone. They show up for court and best of all they are affordable! Andrew Hawkins got my driving with an invalid license ticket dropped! I didn't have to sit in court all day either. This was my second time using them. Hiring these guys is the best way to go bc they can really help! Do not pay full ticket price without consulting them first.

I have used Hawkins and Walker twice and my mom has used them for two separate cases as well. Due to all of the variables, it is obviously never a sure thing when going through the judicial process; I do not rate them off of the outcome, but off of the services rendered.

I like how easy it is to retain them, and I also enjoy that they utilize modern technology to communicate. Depending on client preference: email reminder, phone call, text message, and traditional mail are all used to communicate.

I never feel as if I am being rush out of the door or off of the phone, the counsel always make sure to hear me out and talk to me about the best worst case scenario.

They are professional, organized, and as I mentioned before communicate well! I recommend this office to my friends and family and will continue to use their services if I find myself with a need for legal counsel again.

If you have traffic tickets, save your money and time by paying it yourself before using these people. I paid the fee for Hawkins & Walker to represent me with hopes of dismissal or a way lesser payment and got fooled all the way around. Adding everything up I'm actually paying 20 dollars more than the actual ticket .Hahaha! Jokes on me but I promise to let everyone I know, about this in hopes that they spread the word. Take care of it yourself!!!! Please... SN: I had to call to get an update today and was told that someone went to court yesterday but the judge had over 200 people on the docket so they didntd get seen... You would think that they would have called to tell me that. I'm just not impressed and I've had a bad experience.

I got 2 tickets from a police officer who did not know what he was doing. I paid the initial fee towards the attorney's office. I didn't have to pay any more. These tickets were from 2017. The date I am posting this the tickets were dismissed so for two years they have been fighting on my behalf and listen to everything I have said, and have stood by me for the initial fee. They went through great lengths to ensure that my driving record would not be ruined and obtained the dash cam footage from the police officers vehicle. After 2 years with just the initial fee my ticket was dismissed today. They stood beside Me the whole time. My main lawyer took care of everything without raising the price. I cannot express the amount dedication that this law firm has got for it's clients

I’ve used lawyers before for speeding tickets and was able to get them dismissed. This firm got my ticket deferred with probation. I owe the city over $200 still on top of what I paid the firm. I feel like I could have got away cheaper if I would have done it myself. I know there’s not a guarantee of dismissal but even a smaller fine would have been nice? Not impressed

I doubt you will find other lawyers who will take time to talk to you for over 20 minutes on the phone even if they make no profit.
