The "legal assistant" Carla was so rude, disrespectful, and completely unpleasant. ESPECIALLY attempting to give legal advice in saying my issue was not discrimination so it wasn't valid!!! I SIMPLY asked to consult with a LAWYER!!! and she was definitely a complete JERK!!! The lawyers at this firm are probably amazing...and phenomenal. . but the representation is COMPLETE TRASH! She went as low as saying I was a complete waste of time. lol. SO SAD. If I could give NO STARS .. I would. Afterwards her actions were defended. If a consumer is not satisfied and relays that your employee was UNPLEASANT... correct the issue. Do not justify the issue. AGAIN ZERO STARS! Soley based on customer service.

Went in person to meet with the attorneys and had a great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful and the attorneys were great. They will let know if they can or can't help you. I highly recommend.

A liar. Advised me to file a claim with EEOC and said he would be glad to take my case. Then would not answer my calls nor emails after I did so. The receptionist even had the nerve to say I must have misunderstood. : ( But she plays the airhead, so why would I listen to an airhead. Not very together in the front desk either. They get and "F" , I HAD TO SELECT ONE STAR TO POST THIS!
