The jury came back in our favor and awarded me a substantial amount including back pay, back benefits and future pay. I can't say if Mr Jason Smith is a good attorney or not. I never spoke to him. My calls were never returned and his staff were very rude. Also a $300 consultation fee to discuss a wrongful termination case seems a bit odd.
