Well the people are nice, very professional

Warning: If you get a call or letter from this company stating that you owe money for taxes, red light cameras, toll fees, etc..., do not pay them directly. Do a little research and you may find out that you don't owe anything at all. If you do owe money, pay it directly to the governing body or company in which it is owed. This company will take your money and not settle your debt. It is a scam.

Ignore their letters. they are a fake company.

These people are criminals, and should be regarded as such. Fortunately the old dude looks to have one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel.

Crooks. Get a business model, or different clients (HCTRA) that don't involve profit center capitalistic loopholes for hardworking taxpayers.
