Thank god they dropped my case over six months of so called litigation they are no help at all they don’t got your back

I feel like I was messed over both times I dealt with them!! Maybe they have too many other cases ("important cases") to handle to keep me informed/updated on things dealing with my case, but on this last case I MAY have heard from them ONCE out of the 15 months I dealt with them! And was lied to about my settlement whn I called them to update me on my case! Hopefully I never be in another accident, but if I am it will not be handled by this attorney's office!

Very disappointed in customer service in the end. One of the worker Corrina did not return several calls. When I went to pick up file.I was told she had just went to lunch. We had spoke previously about the time to pick up case information since they where unable to represent my automobile case due to litigation issues. The company started strong in the beginning and failed in the end.

Do not go to these people. You will not get paid. The lawyer will take all your money and leave you broke. My case was more than what I got. I got 12,000 and he got 20,000. They don't ask you if you want to pay your hospital bills on your own they take your money and do it they self. He got himself not you. I wish I never went to them. My hip was popped out of place my car was totaled I lost my job due to this accident and I only got 12,000. People who wants to go here don't and go somewhere else where you can get paid and not be used.

Simply the best service in the industry, completely professional and got me LOTS of money.

My experience with The Law Offices of Roderick White was amazing!! His team kept me informed regarding my case. They were always available and willing to answer any questions and concerns. After my accident I didnt know what to do. Mr. White and team showed up and made the process stress free. I would definitely recommend him!!

One thing I can say. The best law firm I have ever dealt with!They were very attentive and supportive of all my questions, concerns and needs.
They went after my case aggressively and I was very pleased with EVERYONE at the firm. I would definitely refer Mr. White to anyone! He will help your worries and stress go away. Let him do all the work. He won’t let you down!

I am very pleased they way my case was handled. The insurance company makes it hard to receive the money that I deserved for my injury’s, Corina took total control and got me way more than I expected. I will without doubt call this Law Firm again if needed in the future. Very informative, every time I had questions. They made sure I received the treatment I needed. They even help me get back on my feet by getting a loan on my case to get a new car because mine was totaled and the car value was less than my finance lien. Very grateful I went with them. Horrible DO NOT I REPEAT DONT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE.. THEY TURNED MY OPEN AND SHUT CASE OF BEING REAR-ENDED HIGH IMPACT WITH A EYE WITNESS SAW THE WHOLE THING COMPLETELY OTHER DRIVER FAULT. NO WAY A AMATURE ATTORNEY COULD LOSE. THEY LET THEY CLAIM ADJUSTER INSIST THAT I THE VICTIM IS 80% LIABLE...says i was speeding which caused me to get rear-ended.. SUPER HILARIOUS. MY EYE WITNESS IS EVEN SHOCKED

Worst people to have handle your case they lie about everything , don't return phone calls and just take forever! It's not that I'm anxious to get a check cause the grind doesn't stop, but they don't know business very well customer service is everything and they don't have that.

FUTURE CLIENTS IN SAINT LOUIS, MO PLEASE BE WARNED.. THEY DONT "GOT YOU" !!! Seriously...while everyone seems very polite...they don't call to let you know anything...they don't return calls no matter how many messages you leave. I had three different people work on my case and wasn't told once that they were doing that. They lied about when my offer for a settlement went out. Then lied about the offer...he claims to have asked for less than what he originally told me a few weeks ago. DONT DEAL WITH THIS ATTORNEY.. NOT BLAIMING HIM BUT HE IS KIND OF RRESPONSIBLE FOR WHO HE HIRES AND HE HIRED SOME LYING LAZY PEOPLE. THIS WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! I went six months of treatment for my back a wrecked car which was proven not to be my fault and I only came out with less than 5 grand...I could've mad that working...but my car was totaled in a wreck and I missed so much work trying to get another car. No public transportation where I worked at the time. They really didn't help me at all...they helped themselves and the chiropractor.

It's a very rare case that I have time to write a review. With the experienced that I currently was faced, I feel that it must be known. My car accident was back in February 2015 and until today, my case have not been closed. One of my chiropractor recommended that I come see one of Mr. White office staff which I took the advice. Little did I know that they do referrals back and forth with Mr. White's office and it's the first time they are referring me there. That's after the fact of everything that has happened. So first lesson learned, do your research. The young lady that kept calling me to get me to sign the contract was persistence, and she even came over to my place to meet me one on one. After the contract was signed for them to take my case, I never heard from her. As a matter of fact, I had to call in the office and they now told me that another person is handling my case when she clearly states I will work with her on this. It was not a great feeling to have be tossed around with no updates of case manager changing on me.

The guy (which I won't name any names here) was very pleasant at first. I heard from him couple of times and never did again. As a client and a business owner myself, I understand communications play a vital role in business. In this case, I was the one who kept on emailing and calling to check on the status of my case. I finally finished all my therapy visits and reached out to the office to advised them of my status. The young men asked me to send in a letter of loss of wages which he did not even review my documents and forward what I had to my insurance company. To original document I send them had a total hours at the bottom which he did not reviewed the top where there are more hours missed To find out, he did not submit with the corrected hours and hence insurance did not pay for part of loss wages. I called the office to talked to the original lady that I signed contract with and, she apologize after hearing me out. Before hand, she kept giving me all kinds of excuses and putting blames on my chiropractor offices. Sadly to say, she was bad mouthing another company that send them referrals. She finally stopped talking and listen to my reasoning of her staff wrong doing and apologized that they overlooked the documents. WOW, how can a law firm overlook a document? I am in shocked that a law firm did not review and go over documents with clients before any type of submission. They then had me to redo my total hours and resend to them where they forward again to my insurance company. I have spent countless hours on this case and I run my own business. I loss time and money in this case and they gave me every reason why this case turned out like this. Sadly they blamed the chiropractor that actually referred me to them instead of taking the initiative of their own mistake.

All in all, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this law firm to anyone. The slogan and website URL definitely said it right "I GOT YOU". In my case, they did got me as I am stuck with their case fees and will loose more money if I go to another lawyer to finish this case for me.

I hate to be so detail but this has been a nightmare. I would not want anyone to go through the process that I did. Maybe I just had a bad case manager, but I hope the owner of this law firm reads this and make some changes. I am a business owner myself and any feedback that my clients give me is like golden nuggets. It helps me improve and get better.
