Stacey was a court appointed attorney that asked a colleague of his to work directly on the case, and be in court with us.
Again, he was not getting paid, and he still had a second lawyer from a different firm come in to improve our chances. He is very educated, and at times, it was only his confidence that kept me going.
He never said we would win, he said he knew the case, he said it was a good case, and he would do whatever he could. That's all anyone can ask.
He's a prior police officer, that railed against the arresting officers during the trial. I was surprised. Great job.

Lawyer is a joke.. he told me he did not care about my case and tried to make me plead guilty to the charge on a crime that was never committed. I hired another attorney that got the charges dropped instantly. I highly recommend that you hire anyone besides this guy.
