My case was simple yet it took years to make it to court. In court Nate was not there for me. He allowed the opposing attorney to throw out my largest medical bills even though she had been opposing attorney for nearly a year? He said nothing when the whole thing turned into character assassination dragging in an unrelated surgery for the opposite leg from nearly 20 years ago. This completely misled the jury. It was insane!! After the trial he said he would call before documents were finished. No call. No copies of anything. Many more months have passed now. I'm not holding my breath...He's a nice guy but a terrible attorney when it really counts

I went to Nate Washington because my mother referred him . But due to the lack of communication in a timely manner i didn’t appreciate that . Yes the the front office staff is nice however Nate had a 2015 and a 2016 case for me . He kept putting the trial dates off fort court . The last time i spoke to or even seen NATE WASHINGTON was on 3/3/18 . I sustain So very bad injury in my 2016 case that has altered my life forever. When i seen Nate i had to show up at his office which i had to do this multiple times before that date because i would call and leave messages after message without returned phone calls . So on 3/3/18 NATE Washington tells me they aren’t giving a good enough offer for my 2015 accident so he stated we would have to take it to trial which i kept hearing and kept getting trial dates but that all they where me and my daughter was injured in that accident and we got nothing and never made it to trial it’s sad because that’s not something any person should have to go through now let’s talk about my 2016 accident i had call the office between February and March because they had received all medical bills and had everything he needed him and his office staff continue to tell me that he had already filled a lawsuit on my 2016 accident as well so I’m under the impression that he is taking care of business all to find out that in between July and September i can’t really remember exactly when because my daughter was in and out the hospital at one point we wasn’t sure if she was going to make it but I’m this time frame i was then told by NATE assistant that there was never a lawsuit filed on my 2016 case keep in mind i was told it was in 3/3/18 so me first off I’m in shock then the next words out of my mouth was so Nate and you all have been lying to me all this time so i told the receptionist to have NATE give me a call this went on for about 3 weeks and he never called back so i called and gave the receptionist a list of questions and politely asked her to have him call me and two days later i get a call from the receptionist that NATE told her to call and inform me that there isn’t anything else he can’t do with my 2015 case that me and my daughter was rear ended in and had her follow up and tell me he wasn’t going to file a lawsuit on the guy that rear ended me in 2016 even tho him and his office staff lead me to believe that there was already a lawsuit filed back in April and proceeds to tell me and NATE said he wasn’t going to either so i told her that was a slap in the face because due to that accident i lost my place my car my back is so messed up i had to have surgery and i still have very bad back problems I will never ever recommended anybody to there company because might i add i called and left a message for his wife Katrina just do i could as her some questions and she never called me either so needless to say me and my family will never send anyone that we know to the WASHINGTON LAW FIRM

Mrs Washington is by far the most amazing lawyer. My daughter is going through a custody battle. She is so detailed and involved with her clients & she is the one attorney I’ve ever known That does her best (and she is the best) for the right reasons (the child). She really put her knowledge & heart and soul into her cases! I will always recommend her to anyone I know that’s going through a child custody battle! She rocks!!

Mrs. Washington was very organized, detailed oriented while handling my custody case.
While in court Mrs. Washington was very knowledgeable of what was allowed and what was not. If this was a game of chess, Mrs. Washington is a grand master.
Example: when the opposing attorney misrepresented a statement, Mrs. Washington would find the document, pictures or evidence in less than 15 seconds. She knew exactly where to find the error down to the month, day and method of communication. Mrs. Washington was so involved in my case, she knew the text message transactions word for word, date and time.
She is hands down, the best attorney I have come across.

This lawyer was really trying to take advantage of my mom. I hired a lawyer and he made matters worse... all bills and no action. The Washington firm helped me get justice against both attorney's. The ver service ever...

I hired this guy a few years ago. When we went to trial he had not done any research on my case and had no response or defense in the court room. I could of done a better job representing myself. I am guessing that he expected me to accept the plea bargain so he didnt work on my case. Not only did he look an idiot in the court he failed as my attorney. He sucks! Do not hire him or you will regret it like I do.
