I went through Mr. Emerson for modification of my ex husband's custody and child support. My initial consultation with Mr. Emerson was very helpful. He helped calm my nerves and answer all of my questions. It was clear from the beginning he wasn't out to charge me an arm and a leg for unnecessary things. He took his time and I didn't feel rushed. Once I hired him, he spent time with me reviewing what I was wanting and my circumstances. From that point forward I mainly worked with his paralegal, Valerie, until our court date.
