Matt handled my injury claim and I was not familiar with the process at all. So many emotions and feelings of uncertainty made it harder. Matt is local, which made it easier considering my claim.

When I pulled up to his office, I sat in my car not sure what to expect, but I'm glad I went in. Right away we discussed why I was there, he listened to everything I had to say, asked me questions that showed interest in me without making me feel like I did something wrong. By the end of our initial conversation, he made it clear that he was confident I was not in the wrong and other party was responsible.

In the end, I am glad I stuck with Matt and waited it out. In most cases, it's not a fast process. You have to be patient and ask questions. Matt is very responsive and keeps you updated throughout the entire process. I only had to visit him when absolutely needed (which made it easier considering the injury).

I've been driving for over 25 years with a safe driving record but unfortunately I was struck head on while waiting in a  center devide. I whipplashed and the front of my car was dented inward and was declared totaled. I did not know what to do or how to handle every thing that followed.

Matt did not see me as a case, It felt as if he was a friend. He would accommodate me in our appointments to discuss or sign paper work being that I lived far.
Resulting in two surgeries he would message and call to check in, see how I was doing and his confidence towards the case reassured me things would be okay.
