Miranda Frank's and team have been there for me and I would like them to know how much that means.

That was rude, useless, and terrifying.

I put my plans on hold because I really wanted to work with an attorney in my area, and thought this office would be a good fit. No returned phone calls, no returned emails, but I did finally get her on the phone one day. I said I needed help completing a form I wasn't familiar with, she asked what specifically, I read her a field it said, she put me on mute then said she didn't know what that was, I asked if there was a referral for someone who could help me, she started yelling at me asking what I was selling and that I needed to stop calling to sell things. That's as succinct as I can put it. I don't know how long I was yelled at but I started crying at this point. I was trying to both explain that I wasn't selling anything and rephrase what I was asking. Sometime while I'm crying, I'm offered a consultation, but she had already said she can't help me. Looking at these reviews, I can see the violations of T&C and should have known better. In my opinion different people have different experiences, this one just wasn't a good fit for me but I hope it is a good fit for others because I love this area and I hope business do well.

Extremely helpful in difficult times and knowledgeable. It's nice to have an attorney in this field know what she doing and you can put your mind at rest. I highly recommend her.

This is the way her team try to sell a house no small sign see that thing at top of drive it hold filter it has nothing it so this is after 60 days I don't think they are in a hurry also priced home 15% higher my mother wanted it sold as is but now that she gone Amanda is in charge

Approximately 20 years ago Attorney Miranda Franks assisted my daughter, and me through a very traumatic, and unexpected misuse of my then,16 year young daughter's estate. My daughter lost everything her father had left her; via the fiduciary of the estate (family member). Her entire inheritance, including a home that was left to her by her father gone. MIranda who is compassionate, professional, honest, timely, extremely knowledgeable, and dedicated to her clients. It''s a time in our life, we would not have gotten through , had it not been for Mrs. Miranda Franks. After all these years, my daughter , and I continue to remember how blessed, and thankful we are for Miranda''s dedication , and comittment to guide us through a terrible time. Miranda was our third attorney. The others, delayed, were not honest, and truly mislead, and wasted so much time. If you read this Miranda, thank you again, for all you did.we will never forget!
