Terrible law firm! I did a 2 hour consultation/intake interview over the phone with Javier. Then, I waited for over a month to hear anything. They requested my 401k contribution statements from my work before they would consider taking my case on. Weird! Then I got this "Dear John" genetic denial e-mail saying they aren't taking the case possibly because of their current caseload but I never even got to talk to any attorney. I asked Javier if I could please get 2 min of the attorneys time to find out why they didn't take the case, and they refused me. No consideration at all. I asked Javier to ask them for me if I should pursue my case elsewhere, just give me a yes or no, but he would not. I was just trying to understand if they rejected my case because of their workload or if it was due to lack of merit, because the case is very strong, but they wouldn't even tell me. Worse experience ever! And why did they need my 401k statements?!
