AVA Law Group is an awesome display of professionals. Lawyers that have a heart and care about the client, truly a relief to find some closure. Both, Zack and Angela S., are great to communicate with, about sensitive issues that required action.

I applied for the claim on 3M hearing protection back in April and I literally haven't heard anything from AVA despite me reaching out to them on several occasions. I've been told each time that someone will contact me regarding my claim but I never heard back anything. AVA doesn't take their clients serious and they don't take the Military service serious.

Angela was a great help she even took the time to walk me through the document signing thx.

I was given needed time to complete the 14 page questionnaire . Shortly after submitting paperwork I received a call from a representative who was very informative and helpful. She answered all my questions and told me the procedure and wait for a. settlement, if any. I feel confident with this firm.

A little technical difficulty but just happens from time to time. My intake specialist was extremely courteous and helped so much with my beginning the process.

DO NOT uSE THEM!Long story short. Dont use them. Filed for a suit, they took it for 6 months then denied my fioin and charged me for service. Now in a case against them for their fraud.

Very rapid responses. Good communication.
