He e-mailed us a request to the Nursing board that he would like to withdraw as our attorney. We was left in the cold and my family member lost her license because he did not defend her the way he was suppose to have. He claim we didn't pay the monthly fee because he is a lawyer who helps nurses who receives complaints against their license. But why did he stay our attorney until the board made their final decision. We are still suffering because the complaint that was filed by the nursing home was false and untrue. And he told us that he couldn't believe that RN would behave so criminally. Well he hasn't worked in the nursing field and doesn't know what backstabbers they are.
