We are currently renting at The Boulders at Lake Ridge, which is one of the properties they manage and we have only lived in our unit for a month. We have been experiencing leaks from the ceiling and patio door that flood our bedroom every time it rains. We have put in a total of 4 maintenance request since we moved in yet nothing has changed but it has actually gotten worse because now the ceiling “patch” has caved in and we have a hole in our ceiling. The leasing office is refusing to be proactive so it is evident that they have known about this issue and shouldn’t have rented this apartment unit to us. They offered to move us to a different apartment unit but for a higher rent, now does that make any sense to you? I’m very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the management team when it comes to taking care of their renters. Take caution when thinking about choosing this place to call “home”.

We just moved to Texas from Michigan and used Deidra as our realtor to help us find a home. She was hands down the best realtor we have ever dealt with! She was so helpful and patient with us as we had to put in multiple purchase agreements because houses were going so quick. She answered all of our non real estate questions too and was happy to do so. I highly recommend her!!!
Didn't have an issue living there, but cannot seem to get my security deposit back after 2 months of moving out!! It seems like they don't want to give me my money back at all. As far as I'm aware, I am entitled to more money if it was not given back within the 30 days after moving out. RIDICULOUS.

Just spoke with a person named Cheryl of MacDonald Realty Group, seems as though things aren't going so well with this company. They seem to be a bit short staffed, so therefore messages related to refunds on deposits can't be verified at the moment. I left their property Sierra Point back in February, 2015 and I have yet to receive any information relating to a refund. Spoke with Elsa the Assistant Manager as usual too busy for one person to run the office to answer calls and tend to customer related questions.....probably won't get a call back anytime soon....I heard Misty was fired....that doesn't come as a surprise....her abilities to relate to people in general was not very professional....rude, incompetent, liar and a cheater......knowing her there will be a fabricated reason why I won't receive a refund.....she had accused me of not paying a pet fee and Elsa sided with her probably in fear, but hell I lived there a year with my pet.....I know I paid $300 yet their records indicate only $200 plus $300 deposit for rent/apt....I always make sure my place is cleaned and neat and double check to make sure I left no stones unturned....been at my new place over a month...and I love it.....thank God I don't have to go to bed with roaches and wake up with roaches, no hot water or pressure or mega notes on your door, or your car vanishing in the night due to towing, non English speaking maintenance person on site watching you constantly that I had to endure while at Sierra Point.....I am so glad I moved......I would never rent at this place again unless they are bought out by someone else will to listen to the needs of their tenants....wishing all tenants of Sierra Point good luck.....

Their customer service is ridiculous and lacking there of. I warn anyone who decides to rent from any property they own that if you do have an issue with the apartment office, HR does not follow up. I have had multiple issues since being there. I was told by HR I would be called back and or contacted by Aaron, this never happened, nor did HR contact me to follow up. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!
