Gregg and his office staff were amazing!! I received quality advice and wonderful representation. Gregg helped me to really break down some difficult decisions and he guided me every step of the way. He didn't sugarcoat things or simply tell me what I wanted to hear. He was honest and realistic about my options and possible outcomes both positive and negative. They were also extremely accommodating and we were able to wrap up my divorce much quicker than anticipated. Office staff was quick in responding to any questions or concerns I had. Gregg Lundberg was my divorce attorney. He handled a complicated child custody dispute which ended up in a 2-day trial. I was ultimately awarded primary custody of my daughter. Gregg and his staff spent a lot of time preparing me for trial. He is very detail oriented and organized, and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. His staff was able to help me most of the time or made sure I had access to Gregg if needed. The staff has continued to help me post divorce with any issues that came up. Personally my experience was wonderful I had Gregg as my attorney and he was wonderful and very caring about my whole situation so with that being said I referred a really good friend who is currently going through a divorce with high hopes they would have the same experience I did with working with Gregg but it has been nothing but hell for this person not because of Gregg but because they received Ken as their attorney and let me tell you I have never been more disappointed. To be honest I have never wrote a review before about anything but this situation has been handled so poorly and with no care in the world by the attorney. I just wish Gregg might want to start looking into the cases Ken handles because when you hire an attorney in these situations you hope for someone who will actually help as well as care about the process and the end results because cases like this follow you for the remainder of you life and when you have someone like Ken who clearly does not care about how it effects their client it becomes very disappointing.

I went in to meet with Gregg with a lot of questions and walked away feeling equipped and empowered in my situation. Gregg is incredibly knowledgable, patient, and kind. My name is Delilah Crosby and I am speaking regarding case number 85521D in the Ellis County Court. Kenneth A Lundberg constantly files frivolous and unethical motions. He is notorious for having family court records hidden. That is only done because of corruption. I do not recommend anyone use this office for family court proceedings. He is currrntly being reported to the bar by multiple people including some of his own clients.

To date, Kenneth has filed a motion KNOWING child support is paid through a completely disabled Veteran’s SSDI. He guided Nicole Andrea Almaguer into committing aggravated perjury when she took the stand and he and she told the courts she didn’t receive any support. This was after father had won his rights after she kept child away for years. This led to the incarceration of this Veteran. It was a frivolous filing and unethical.

Later, he halted an EMERGENCY CUSTODY ORDER granted due to counselor’s and CPS statements. They were to be subpoenaed. He had Judge Knize delay the order for hours so we couldn’t get the child from school. When we arrived with police, he advised Nicole Almaguer to deny Waxahachie police custody of the child. She did. They documented this for us and she is on video on Facebook saying she already spoke to Kenneth and doesn’t have to turn her over. The next day they filed another frivolous filing to jail father. There were no other grounds for leaving the abused child in her mother’s care yet he filed it anyway.

He is about the money and not about the law. Beware.

Gregg and his office were an easy choice after our intial meeting. He answered all of my questions with ease and many before I had asked them. He explained the process and what I could expect. While he didn't agree with some of the choices I made in the process, he fully stood behind me. He had my best interest in mind and wanted me to fully understand the situation. I would suggest him to anyone. The office staff is top notch and stays on top of deadlines.
