This is the worst possible option!!! They pickup at either too early or late! They WILL NOT provide pickup when you need it. A truly nasty group of people also. They did not buckle in my son either. Reported them to our insurance who just did not care!

They can't pick up at a consistent time - it's either 5:53am for a dialysis patients with a 6am chair time or it's 4:55am and a 76 y/o in a wheelchair has to sit outside av locked building in the wind and dark. And then they transport you to the standing appointment, but they don't pick you up.

Find someone else for your medical transport needs.
