Replaced the windows in my home in Nov. Of 2017 and as of August 2018, they have never came back to caulk under each casement window properly that I had put in. I even contacted the manufacturer, Milgard Windows to come out to my house to tell me that it was an installation problem. No fault from the manufacturer was indicated. Tommy still would not fix the issue. Paid in full for windows at the time of the order and installation had been paid in full. I have air coming in around each casement window opening and it's not something I can fix myself.
I have spoken to Tommy on several occasions about fixing the issue. He either promises it will be fixed the next week or if I catch him on a bad day he gets mad and will commence to calling me names or claiming he had fulfilled his duties/obligations where my job is concerned. It's seems apparent to me that his big jobs are more important that a small job like mine. One of Tommy's installers failed to caulk properly around each casement window and wind comes in. I just want the full job done correctly and completely. That's all.
Ok, 9 months later I contacted Tommy again in reference to my windows. After a few not so pleasant text with the first one saying that he had fulfilled his obligation and later having one of his installers call me to schedule to come out they are finally caulked correctly. I am just very disappointed and shocked by the way Tommy had spoken to me over getting this job completed. Glad it's over with......for good I hope!
Now, March 2019 I'm having problems again and Tommy will not respond back. He really is a not a good businessman. If it doesn't fit in his schedule then he doesn't respond and he HATES to hear the truth. Guess I'll try to find someone else to fix my problems that technically he should fix......or should I say Tommy Renfro Glass should fix.
