Didn’t personally meet with Mark Griffith but his associate attorney, Sarah- is extremely rude and complained about being there since 7:00 am. Didn’t seem like she wanted to take our case until I told her money wasn’t an issue, then her attitude completely changed. Also insulted me by saying “Not sure if you’re aware but we aren’t a cheap law firm” but of course she was eager to take the money and change her dimeanor completely. Save your time and money.

His sales line is u wont just feel like a file on his desk but yes u will! Wen he tells u a price then drops price over an email he wont honor the email. He'll just bully u and say r u gonna pay me or not. I dont even talk to him about my case. I have a different lawyer in his office but when I signed dotted line it was for him. Dont get me wrong Sarah is amazing and she is handling me and court with no prob. So THANK YOU SARAH

Mark, like many have said, is very unprofessional and is all about the money. He will give you a sales pitch saying the DA and the judges in Ellis County are the devil and he will fight for you. Mark took a fee to include the services required to go to trial. Mark tried to bully his client into taking a plea deal and when the client refused to take a plea deal he withdrew as counsel and kept the entire fee which forced the client to retain another attorney and pay another full legal fee. Mark also made an allegation that someone who was being an advocate for the client threatened him and said the person’s employer would frown on threats. When Mark quits and keeps a client’s money he uses the reason that the client would not follow his advice. A client not accepting a plea deal and requesting a trial from an attorney who has been paid to take a case to trial should not be grounds to keep a client’s fee. Read Mark’s contract carefully and make note of any provisions he could use to withdraw and keep the fee he was paid.

Mark is the definition of extraordinary courage and confidence. Mark is the most passionate lawyer I know and because he cares about people, he is a winner. We simply do not have enough lawyers like him in this world. Maybe we all should cuss a little more instead of sitting in that pew pretending as if we are perfect. Mark gives any glory to God and I respect that about him. If you are in trouble, Mark is the kind of lawyer you want because lawyers are not created equal.

This guy and his scare tactics are ridiculous. He said for 15,000 dollors he could help me. Well i dont have that kind of money so he said meeting over. Waxahachie juvenile court called me and said my son was gonna be offered a teen drug class to attend and said that lawyer was way out of line and she's sorry I had to go through what I did with this lawyer. Oh PS he wanted 3500 to fight a 200 ticket that was just dropped in court. What a great guy this one is .

Very rude; unprofessional. I have never in my life heard so much cussing from a professional attorney. Don’t waste your money. They only care about the money$$
