I didn't even want to give this company a star!!! Save yourself the grief and find another company to deal with. Long story short, the other one star reviews here are almost exactly what I experienced, different scenario’s but basically the same interaction with CEO/Owner Lil Stephens Murray. I am amazed this company has any customer’s! The Owner/CEO Lil was very condescending and actually hung up on me. I have emailed the company to close our account after this morning’s interaction. I have already found another company to work with.

Most definitely the most knowledgeable

I would not recommend this company for Lien Services. We had some challenges we needed to work thru with one of our nonpaying customers and AZ Lien Service was a challenge to work with instead of an asset to working thru the problem. Lil was condescending, unprofessional and degrading (actually hung up on us). She stating we were harassing her staff questioning why the overnight docs we sent were not gathered for 3 days after we sent them. We all have problems that come up in business, but it is how we handle them that will separate average businesses from great customer service businesses. One Star Service..

Not easy to get a hold of. EXTREMELY rude when I did receive a phone call, from the owner. Very patronizing, discourteous, short, and they have terrible customer service. I have never felt so belittled in my entire life. When having an issue with their website the owner told me "YOU must be doing something wrong!" After more than 2 years of using this service I don't think I suddenly forgot how to use the website. Take your business elsewhere. Disappointed.

Nice people

Not a customer, but a victim, of this business. Oh, it's not that bad I guess, but these guys file 20-day preliminary lien notices on behalf of their contractor clients. I didn't like the idea that my window contractor would file such a thing on me, but I went along with it, as they said it was customary. AZ Lien Services actually SENDS these things TO YOUR LENDER. And then the lender sends you a nasty-gram telling you that you're in violation and you have to do something right away (even though it says right at the top that "this is not a lien")! Not good for the blood pressure. If your contractor wants to file these pre-lien notices on you, tell them no, or find another contractor. If you are a contractor, think about whether you really need to piss off your clients by doing this. After all, if the customer doesn't pay you, you can file a lien whether you warn them about it or not.
