I didn't hire Carl. Would never hire this attorney. I called to potentially hire him. I have an issue with my property that I recently purchased. He immediately asked me how much it would cost for me to repair the issue, and I told him $10,000. He said "It will cost you way more to hire me. So, I'd just repair it." When I challenged how he knew whether this would end up in a resolution or litigation, his response was, verbatim, "I'm a solo practitioner. You would have to be an extremely lucrative case for me to take away from my other clients. And your case doesn't make economical sense for me. My job costs money too." While I understand the desire to be wealthy, to have an attorney immediately shut me down because I'm not a lucrative enough endeavor for him - before he's even listened to the facts - is very telling of his character. Profit before administration of justice (or even hearing the situation). I'd rather pay someone else double than line the pockets of this young lawyer.

Mr. Sammartino did an excellent job for us. We hired him when we were unable to accomplish anything ourselves. He quickly took over and soon our problem was dealt with very effectively with all positive results. He was completely up to date with all the rules and regulations and that made a big difference. We would definitely recommend him or hire him again.
