I purchased a trailer from Eight 18 LLC that had these guys install a Hood and fire suppression for me. Well needless to say the fire suppression was installed in the wrong spot.. they put it on the floor.. why? they installed a gas line and drilled a hole in the floor.. again why? none of the plans stated to do this. Which i will just blame Eight 18 on that... but the hood system seemed like it was slapped in at last minute. which it was because i have the text from where Nicole stated she was trying to get it done that it hadn't been started after i was already ont eh road. There are leaks all around the hood vents, the fan is so loud and it doesnt pull any air out, one of the vents is dent so it doesnt set in the system. .. they did send me a check for $300 to help cover the cost of a roof sealant but apparently its leaking some where else because its still coming down the back of the hood system.. its leaked so long that the walls have become weak.. so guess what needs to be fixed now.. while it appears that they do good work.. i would advise you to look over your work IN VERY DEEP DETAIL before driving off or signing a paper saying that you accept your purchase as is. .. i would give them a 2 stars but I'm just tired of the constant issues that are popping up. they got me for $5100 but not again.. ive also filed a BBB complaint against all 3 companies involved

I wish it would have let me give them half a star. This company was contacted through Freedom Trailers to do some of the custom work on our catering trailer and it's all trash, pretty sure they go dig through a junk yard for their parts because I have had two of my plumbing systems break since my purchase and the trailer is not even a year old yet. Long story short don't waste your time they will just take your money and turn the other way.
