Had a blast thanks to Vet Tix, I got 6 tickets for my group for only $5 (not each, total.)

The court was great this year, the weather was nice and the vendors that were there had great goods. Leather working, handmade items, medieval and steampunk costumery, CANNONS (yes I said cannons), wood and plastic swords and weapons for the kids and some real ones too. I would have liked to see a better variety of food vendors but it is a small Renaissance Fair.

It was the perfect size for me, not too big, not too crowded and I met many Veterans there which made me feel comfortable as we exchanged stories about life in and out of the military. I even entertained the though I becoming a vendor myself. I'll have to look into that.

The friend's boys are fanatics about D&D 5th edition which they play in their school sponsored club and I absolute love that. My son and his boys had a blast and there was not one computer, mobile phone or console in sight, which was our intent. Can't wait for next time!

I loved this small faire with good food, happy people, music, wares, and lore.

This place was a let-down

This was terrible: very few vendors, poor quality "shows", buildings falling in, and very few attendees. It was a sad experience. I felt bad for everyone trying to make a living there.

Wish it didn't look like it's falling down.

So we visit today and I was so excited to go there. The page I found online say 1/2 then the bog fairs... the map of the place shows many different things.

When we arrived I was shocked. The "Gate" has 2 round things which looks like a tower (no little wall like the map is showing. The little bridge they build to the "gate" is falling a part and I would not consider it safe. (you could at least cute the grass so it looks a little like a path to the gate.

The fair is a 5 minute walk through, that's all. Many building fall a part.. it is just a sad place.

I understand people having a dream, I am a big dreamer myself, but when you make advertisement BE HONEST. Don't tell on 25 acres... when only less then 2 acres showing something. DON'T compare yourself with a big fair saying less expensive when you are not even not have half of what they offer.
I do not like FALSE advertising, special when people drive 2,5 hours to come and see what is not there.

You could do something very nice, amazing out there, but for that you have to get your stuff together, fix the building which fall a part, be more inviting, better advertisement )HONEST), more vendors, better and cleaning food area (I would not eat there)....

Awesome and a lot of fun for me and my kids. Only complaint is that it's rather small.

Wow... It was like walking into a gypsy camp. Everything was run down and condemned. Why anyone would pay full price for this is beyond me. I'm glad I got ours through Vet Tix.

Very disappointing, not how it's advertised. Fair is not on 21 acres, 1/2 acre if that and looks very ghetto and run down. Buildings are all falling apart. Definitely not worth the drive or the price to enter.

A super cool place it's not open but it appears that someone is doing work here so maybe in the future.

I appreciate the art of "trying," but this was an AWFUL waste of gas! I drove an hour and 20 minutes for a shaved iced truck and some other type of food truck. The buildings were dilapidated and the actors looked dirty. The man that escaped the straight jacket was cool, but everything else was awful. It felt more like a hippy commune, not that I have issues with hippies, but I wouldn't have driven that far for it. The advertisement is very misleading.

We made the 2.5 hour drive thinking we were going to have a quaint fun afternoon but left feeling robbed of the 24 dollar entrance fee.
Nothing remotely close to what they advertise on website.
Dilapidated structures, no vendors, no food or drink, no entertainment, no games, etc.
Save your money or find another ren faire.
Kilgore has a nice one.

Highly disappointed. Nothing to do. Nothing to see. Maybe 6 stands total, and 3 to 4 were to sell merchandise. The rest were empty, old and sad.
They don't take care of it.
Drove 58 minutes and stayed only 4. Not kidding

This place was super small which I have no issue with, but their Web pages made it seem like it would be a lot more engaging than it was. I was really excited about the archery but found that there was no one there so I guess you can't actually do it & that was very disappointing. On the other side, though some of the vendors seemed pushy there were also some that I've never seen at TRF or Scarborough & I enjoyed getting to see new wares.

This was a waste of time and money. It was basically a wanna be flea market made to look like a renaissance fair. The actors did not engage in anything and were out of character the whole time. This is not worth the time and gas or the money. Worst experience of my life.

Very small compared to the other faires. But hoping it will get bigger. It's a nice place to spend an afternoon.
