Told us it would be open and closed after about 2 yrs we got into court just for Mr Tidwell to agree with the other lawyer and told us to settle by letting my mother in law have my daughter when ever she wanted her. I said no he told the judge we could not agree so we got set up 4 mediation thousands of dollars for all this and he asked us for more after that. Mother in law came to her senses and we now have my daughter with no problems no thanks to Tidwell. He may have been grate once apon a time ago but he is done and needs 2 retire. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY DO NOT USE HIM HE HAS NO FIGHT IN HIM AND CAN'T REMEMBER WHAT U TALKED ABOUT THE DAY BEFORE
