I do not recommend using this company at all. They are very slow and don't even know the proper way to install components. I will be using a better, responsive and courteous company.

Doing business with Sprinkler Express is definitely a great experience. The person answering the phone when I first called was extremely friendly and helpful. When the technician James came to my house he found out what I wanted fixed and got right on it.

He also made several suggestions to upgrade the system and make it more efficient. The Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable service was SO refreshing compared to other companies I have used.

Responsible, Reliable, honest! Rarely do companies like tell their customers how to save money on these kind of repairs. Can't say enough good things about James, in particular, and the company as a whole.
