I am sitting in the Magnolia Clinic now. I am waiting to see Dr. Lampton for a follow up exam. I felt compelled to compliment the staff as I sit and observe them. The nurses are kind and professional. Holly just went out to a car to see a sick patient. She came right in and got the nurse practitioner, Chelsea, to admit the patient immediately. The entire staff is working so hard, helping each other and the patients. It makes me proud watching these young professional women. We’re so lucky to have them in our community, as well as Dr. Lampton. He has been my doctor for over ten years and continues to keep me healthy. Without a doubt, the warmest doctor I’ve ever encountered. Will never change my doctor.

Dr luke and chelsea are the best drs ive ever had

Dr Luke is without a doubt the worst, least caring doctor I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. He has the worst bed side manner, and that’s not just coming from me. My grandparents who live near his office also had the general hellish visit from him. The staff is as nice as can be allowd only in consideration of his self righteousness and judgment of everyone other than himself. I came to him for a medical emergency and saw him every two weeks at least. He still never even tried to find out what was wrong with me due to me not having insurance. Point being, not a good man, human being, let alone a doctor. Be warned please y’all DO NOT GO TO MAGNOLIA CLINIC

That office has some serious issues. One of the nurses accused my mother of trying to get medicine twice.
The front desk and nurses are so rude, it's obvious the level of concern for patients is nil.

Been 3 years ago so the same nurse may or may not still be there. Went for refill of annual prescription, they wanted to draw blood first. As a nurse myself, I know I am an easy stick. The nurse stuck me twice and dug each time and was unable to draw blood. In pain and aware she was obviously not skilled at this procedure, I refused to allow her to try a 3rd time. I wanted to leave as they were unable to provide services. Instead of apologizing for their inability they were extremely rude to me, billed my insurance and I was still expected to pay my copay and to this day I still receive a monthly bill from them even though they were unable to provide services and only inflicted harm/pain. Went to another doctor, blood was drawn on 1st try with no digging and I received my annual prescription.
