He takes the time in your initial appointment sure. Every bankruptcy attorney does. Then you list your debts and his clerk's enter them and he files it with the court and he's done. They have the ability to object to claims and offer lower amounts, other attorneys do it all the time for their clients. He gets his fees first, as they all do, and he's done. Never returned an email. Blamed it on HIS website. Just a lazy, unconcerned guy that is in the wrong business if he really wants to help get you out of debt. He is in it to make his attorney fee and then file whatever you enter on your paperwork. He doesn't do his job, that's the bare minimum of what bankruptcy attorneys are capable of doing. Go to WILLIAM POOLE. at least they give a damn after you begin. I made a serious mistake in trusting this office. It has cost me more.
