You read the comments about product knowledge, what's the point of having it. If you treat certain customer's who are African American different then your own race. Customer buy from who not only have product knowledge, but who also know how to offer great service with the knowledge. I don't recommend this business to anyone, it's not about the race. It's about taking care of all services, no matter what the issue is.

Worse service ever..

Horrible customer service, the way they treat you when your not one of them is a shame! They expect everyone that is black to act ignorant, ugly or ext. when calling or coming back in with a issue that was handle at there locations. You're only as good as your money is spent, once that is done. The customer service goes out the window, I wouldn't advise anyone to shop or have service work done there.

Bought my Scag there back in 2017. It was a great customer service experience. The staff was extremely helpful and answered every question I asked. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I bought my scag in 2015 and got the best deal around. I bring it back every year for annual service. Never had a problem good quality work and great service. I recommend them to everyone with outdoor needs.

All of the employees that assisted me with my repair were very nice and extremely helpful. I recommend A&W not only for their friendly staff, but because they are extremely knowledagable and take the time to assist their customers.

These people are the worse ever. The way I was treated was down right awful. Avoid them like the plague.

Was in there about a week ago and had a horrible experience with the staff. After the sale they want nothing to do with you as a costumer. I would rather buy of CL and take the chance of being murdered than shop here again.
