This firm started out returning phone calls and seemed to be responsive to my needs. It quickly fell apart after my payment was made. Phone calls and emails were not returned. I never received a billing statement or was told what services I paid for. My case was handled very poorly.

I have been very pleased with my experience at Lindsay and Lindsay. The entire office was understanding and sympathetic to the needs and request's of my mother and myself. I highly recommend this company for your legal needs!

I called Lindsay and Lindsay law firm and ask to speak to someone on a legal matter and was told someone would call me back so left my name & number for someone to return my call but no one ever did. Then when I called again and ask to speak to the office manger I was told that the office manger was on another call and was ask to leave my name and number. I said I would call back. Then when I did call back and ask to speak to the office manger I was tranfer to a paralegal. When I said I had a complaint about it being 2 days and I had not got a return call the lady said she was sorry that she had just got the email about what I was calling for and how could she help it sounded funny I ask was she the office manger she said no that the paralegal. Well that showed me that the person answering the phone doesn't know her job and tried to cover it up that it was 2 days later after my first call before she passed my information on to the person it should have went to the first time. It seem to me that she was trying to keep from getting in trouble. And that she didn't think my call was important enough to receive a return call. Luck for me there are other lawyers around here that seem to value my problem and willing to talk to me and help me. I can only hope someone in power in this office reads my review and look in to who is answering their phones, and maybe retrain this person to do her job the right way.

After multiple discussions of our "strong case" and intiation of communication to the other party our case was dropped unexpectedly due to them not having the time to handle our case. Poor communication from the office. Whether they were in fact too busy or found our case unimportant - I recommend finding representation elsewhere.
