DO NOT DO IT!!!! I can tell you this firm is only interested in ambulance chasing... Marcus Michles talks a great game upfront, but then pushes you to take the first settlement. When the permanent injury my 16 y/o son suffered was dismissed on numerous occasions, we knew we hired the wrong firm. My Son & I were both actually told, "what is important to you is NOT necessarily important to me" at different times. Marcus is arrogant and dishonest. All we asked for, was my Son's back to be put back together. After we didn't take the first settlement, our calls and meetings were discarded. Marcus abandoned the case...

We hired another attorney, John Kvartek, who later won our case. My Son was granted the most the insurance policy awarded. Unfortunately, Marcus put a lien against my Son's case, so he would get paid first. After paying all the ambulance chasers there was nothing left for back rehabilitation. So either way, the VICTIM BECAME A VICTIM TWICE!! Terrible Experience!!
