Carl went above and beyond for me when I was charged with a DUI while in college. He made the entire process extremely easy and actually cared about my wellbeing and how I was handling the situation. Multiple times I visited his office and we sat and talked about LSU sports and my studies and how things were going at home. He made me feel like a real person and not just another statistic or paycheck. He was a complete stranger before I was charged but acted like we were family friends throughout the process. His administrator Stephanie was the nicest lady I’ve ever met and would call and check in on me throughout the process as well. If I could give them 10 stars I would because they truly deserve it.
