This guy comes by to do an appraisal on my house. Begins by complaining how busy he is and then basically runs through the house with an iPad taking a few pics here and there. Takes a laser and appears to walk around the house calculating square footage. Stays approximately 20 minutes and 10 minutes of that he spends shooting the breeze with my husband. Then it becomes very apparent that he looks up my home on the Brazos County Appraisal District website and his numbers become the exact numbers they have.. He then leaves in his big 4 door 4 wheel drive King Ranch truck talking about fishing on the coast. The epitome of LAZY. Worse $500 I have ever spent.
