Communication skills are lacking. Had to provide basic information (such as phone number and email address) several times despite being sent previously [via email] and within the same thread. Gives the appearance of being disorganized or careless which is frustrating. Shop around, don’t settle.

Joe is absolutely amazing! We were in a bind trying to find a lawyer quickly. We contacted Joe and although he was completely full with clients, he agreed to have us come in and discuss our needs.
