This law firm stole a disabled widows money out of the bank before notifying her first. Got the letter(october 10) 3 days ago stating they were taking money from her, and had already drained her bank account the 4th ! Waiting on a call Monday, but from the reviews I've read no one has nice things to say about this law firm!

They are not professionals and if you have a question you'll get transferred around like a pingpong ball.....

Worst customer service. Up there with Comcast and Air Canada.

I work for a title company and have to clear title for refinances. When a borrower's name matches a judgment and there's no social security number or date of birth on the judgment, we have to contact the attorneys to verify if the borrower and defendant are the same person.

Called Zwicker & Associates to verify the judgment on a title. Evette answered.

Samantha transferred me to Jessica.

Jessica said the bwr's SSN does not match anyone, but she only has access to one system and I have to check with the other system.

Jessica transferred me to Pam
Pam transferred me to Conda (?)
Conda transferred me to Tara

Tara told me she can't talk to me without power of attorney or borrower authorization. She won't take the bwr's SSN and verify if it eliminates any matches.

The end result isn't uncommon, but it should not have taken 5 transfers, with hold times in between each, to get it. Get your act together, Zwicker.
