The worst experience I have ever had with an attorney. I had to file a bar complaint for her to do her job and it took over two years. The worst attorney-client communication ever. She has yet to even return unearned funds and provide an itemized billing statement. I would recommend looking for another attorney and reading other site reviews as well. I now have to travel to Pensacola and file a small claims case against her, which will include travel costs.

I had an excellent experience, Ms. Fillingim and her receptionist are very professional and nice. If I ever need help again I know who i'm going to! :)

Mrs. Fillingim herself was great. I really feel like she did everything for me. Tara, her paralegal, on the other hand is not so great. She is not informative, you have to call her 100 times to get an answer to a situation, takes a very long time to complete 1 task. I feel like she gives me the run around. The practice would be a lot better if Mrs. Fillingim had a paralegal who seemed like she actually cares and follows through with what she says.I need something to be done within a certain time frame, and the paralegal waits until the very last minute. She is not reliable. I don't think I would use this practice again because of Tara.

By far the best and most reliable attorney I've ever had. She is not the one to joke with, she's worth every penny , and not one cent is wasted.

Never met with me to discuss the case. Very little communication. Wouldn't return phone calls. Very disappointed in her services and I wish we could get our money back. Would not recommend.
