Recommend for real hard criminal cases

I can not begin to tell you how grateful I am to Donald Sheehan for giving my family the best gift in the world! My son was in trouble in his earlier years and was incarcerated twice. Well he was around a gun and was charged with it. That was a life sentence as a federal offense. A federal gun charge as an convicted felon facing 15 yrs.to life in prison.
Up and down emotions as we went to his federal court dates. This attorney has the law book memorized as he went head to head with the prosecutor. Never in life did we think a 5 year sentence would happen at all. God is so good and I am very grateful this attorney could get this to happen!

This is the worst lawyer in Pensacola. He doesn’t even deserve 1 star. If I could give him minus 5 stars I would! This lawyer is just greedy and money hungry! You might as well just go with a public defender he will represent you better than this guy ever could! I have a federal case and he says he’s a federal lawyer but doesn’t know anything about how the federal system works! If you are in Trouble and need representation I would not recommend this lawyer! I hired a lawyer from out of state to work on the case with him and he refused to work with the out of state lawyer even when this lawyer has years more experience than he does! I have talked to many lawyers and they have all said maybe 18-24 months he got me a sentence of 5 years! He doesn’t read your case he just automatically wants you to plead guilty and say hope for the best! He doesn’t prepare for a trial because he advises you to just plead guilty because he thinks everyone arrested is a criminal and guilty of what they are charged with. If you ask him a question about your case he says he doesn’t understand what your talking about. If you care about your family kids and your life make sure you ask around and get reviews on your attorney make sure he is a member of avvo which has reviews of some of the top lawyers! This guy works for the attorney general office in my opinion not for his clients! .

Mr. Sheehan has represented me on four separate occasions. On each occasion, he has remained extremely professional and has provided me with an immense amount of information on what my options were. He gave me sound advice, never pressuring me into any situation. He never sugar coat anything, only providing the most thorough recommendations based on his experience in law. He's been an absolute joy to work with, and I will continue to use him for any situation that requires law advice.

This has to be one of the Worst Lawyer ever!!! Terrible I can’t even give you 1Star but I had to click something to write a review any how Money hungry !!will tell you things to do that will make things Worser than what your actually charged with and do more time even when there are No evidence..Don’t know what he’s even talking about.. will tell you things just to make you approve and fill your head so he can get paid but won’t do you no Justice!!
