A truly good lawyer. He managed the legal side effectively, but was also kind and a true gentleman. Probably too nice to fight a big fight against the monster legal firms but a really great guy who knows his stuff and just the right guy for the "moderate" transactions. We really trust him and he treated us with honesty and justice, in addition to a lot of grace.
