Mr. Pena taking my worker’s comp case is one of the best decisions made in my life. Mr. Pena is very knowledgeable and very experienced. In my initial meeting with Mr. Pena, I was looking for guidance, advice and possibly assistance to help me bring my case to a close, not realizing that my case was far from being over. I naively thought that it was just an accident, and all would end well for me and the insurance would take care of me. I thought that I could handle my case on my own and I didn’t need any help. I go to the doctor, the doctor fixes my injury and then I go back to work. I mean seriously, how hard can that be? Then things started to get complicated and I started feeling overwhelmed.
