He is apointed against my will, represents the cops rather than me, and demands I not be at the hearing, thus have no records and or knowledge of the proceedings, wherien the cops are found to be in the correct. He might have picked up two more open container cases from the local judge as a payoff for his work on my case.

If i could give no stars i sure would give BROWNING none. This man is a no good for nothing attorney. He worked with the DA to sent my son to TDCJ. I wonder where in the world did he get his degree at. Well anyways if you get this man to represent you please run far far away he will turn you into the DA and just sit back to enjoy the show.

If Texas Public Defenders were forced to participate in the Hunger Games, i'd sponsor Mr.Browning. His representation is worth seeking if u need it. MarkWestenhover and Greg Zaney wouldn't b seeing any little parachutes from any clients i've met or anyone we know.
It does not matter who is paying him; Mr. Browning WORKS FOR HIS CLIENT and is (to my knowledge) THE HARDEST WORKING DEFENSE LAWYER IN CENTRAL TEXAS. He wont kick back like others I could NAME who let their clients take unreasonable and unjust convictions. Bill is a beast. Don't let his non-threatening demeanor deceive you. idkwtf he does and says behind the scenes. But I know it's a LOT more than most. Honestly, i'd like to see him behind a bench of his own some day.

Mr. Browning and his associate, Ms. Julie Pennington, provided the most excellent service for a family member. They were thorough, competent, professional, and creative. I highly recommend Mr. Browning and Ms. Pennington for any legal need.

Mr. Browning will not waste your time with small talk because he uses his time very wisely to do the best he can in any matter in which he represents you. I have had him as a court appointed attorney and a paid attorney and have been most satisfied with the results.

This attorney was court appointed, If you have a choice PLEASE go somewhere else. He was the most rude, inefficient attorney ever. He responded to 1/5 emails I would ever send. I pretty much did all the work to support my own case. He is an awful attorney but overall an awful person. If you are paying to get an attorney go elsewhere. And if court appointed, request another! Trust me.
