The closing version had the $3,750 improperly categorized on Seller's closing statement, resulting in risk of unfavorable tax treatment for Seller. Attorney refused to correct it, saying they can only do "whatever the lender asks." It seems this attorney represents the lender to the improper detriment of the client.
