Mr. Parten is a worthy adversary. Honorable and tough on his opponents. I leave this review out of mutual respect and courtesy. His professionalism is unmatched by anyone in his field. I only wish I had hired him first.

He's been representing me for 3 years civil real estate case. I've never went to court on this case. I have paid him over $4000, at one point he didn't answer my phone calls. When consulting with him about my case, he became very angry and told me that it's my fault and that I wouldn't be in this mess if I didn't make poor desisions, but I thought that's what ATTORNEY's are hired for. He took all my money and withdrawing his services. He spends a lot of time talking about old murder cases in his past, he also mentions that he was an police officer frequently. He has a poor attitude when questioning him about your best interest, he said some very disrespectful things to me.

After paying him $1,500 for a small claims suit that he convinced me to dismiss and file in federal court he abandoned me just 3 weeks before the statutes of limitations ran out on my lawsuit. He is long winded, doesn't remember what he has told you, forgets dates and is horrible to get along with. I have nowhere to turn because I trusted him. I'm out over $10,000 in damages in my case and because he abandoned me I'm out even more. I will never ask him to represent me again. Unless you are a murderer, find someone else. He is rude, arrogant and will let you down after he "legally" steals your money for nothing!
