I was only supposed to meet with David for 30 minutes, however due to the complexity and ridiculousness of my case, spent well over an hour with me and provided me with a lot of valuable information. I left feeling that he really cared about my situation and I did not feel rushed at all. Contacted & met David in July 2019 for estate planning with a MetLaw Case Number. We did not receive anything from the team and reached back out in October. We spoke to the receptionist who apologized and stated that David would call back that day. We never heard from David and called again on 11/4. I spoke to David who seemed surprised that we had not received anything yet. He stated that we would receive the estate draft by the next day, at the latest. We never heard from David. Called again on 11/27 and received the voicemail. We are very disappointed in this firm's lack of communication.
