Avoid Ron Austin and associates at all cost. I got rear ended on the highway and spent several months in therapy in 2013. I just got my settlement 5 years later and it was only for 1500. They actually received more than me. Avoid Ron.

One of the biggest mistakes I ever made in my entire life was choosing this law firm but more specifically Jeffrey Green. When I read an earlier review about how they were all liars here, I should have believed it. All he did throughout the whole case was lie to me repeatedly. Because of my lack of knowledge of the law and experience with injuries, I let him chose my doctors who I believe are in league with this firm. The carousel of doctors they chose were in my opinion, incompetent and they wrote down incorrect information which later comprised my case. They set me up for “treatment” which low-level workers putting heat and TENs while charging ridiculous amounts, which is not sufficient enough medical treatment for my injuries. Instead, I was told if I just did this treatment or this test with their doctors, I would see the doctor I needed to see; I never did. Instead, in my opinion, this was medical build-up just to create bills with their doctors which I later was responsible for. I don't believe they actually cared if I got better and I didn’t, I got worse. Whenever I would express a concern, I was lied to, encouraged to stick with it or questioned in a way that made me feel like seeking another doctor would be harmful to my case. So much time lapse between getting real help, because of loss of income due to the accident, I no longer had the means to seek help and had to use credits cards.

I finally met with specialists on my own and was told, if I had seen them earlier, I would have been healed by now. Someone who doesn’t know any better may accept this and go throughout their lives permanently injured or in pain once a case is settled. I didn’t find this out until it was too late.

Using this law firm, was some of the most traumatic years of my life. It still haunts me to this day, I have nightmares about it, seeing their commercials and advertisements now makes me cry. I use to think that my accident was terrible, but being involved with this law firm was worse. I would like to forget what happened to me, but I can’t because the pain of delayed treatment won’t let me.
