We had a relatively awful experience with this attorney. We hired them for a case we were involved in regarding our company but ended up with some personal issues regarding our home burning down, a construction company that rebuilt it, and the insurance company that was supposed to pay for it. We were swapped around from attorney to attorney. Eventually we were dealing with an attorney named Misty. She and the owner Kimberly got in some sort of fight that we got caught up in the middle of. I have the emails and the phone calls recorded to show how it was just a catfight and I was not comfortable being involved in it. misty ended up either quitting or being fired I’m not sure which but not before Misty sent out a demand letter in our name that was completely inaccurate. It said nothing about what we needed and claimed a bunch of things that we didn’t. we were then charged for that 600+ dollars and when I emailed We were then contacted by the owner Kimberly that she would personally take over our case. She did nothing for us except refund the 600. She then stated she was going to go to our home and walk it with a friend of hers who was in the construction business or something like that. She also stated that she was going to get really aggressive with our builder. None of that happened. In the end we were very disappointed and sent a very strongly worded letter about our disappointment in their services. We were told in no uncertain terms that we are being dropped his clients even from our business case which had nothing to do with our personal case. When I went to pick up the folder at their office I was greeted with a hearty hello and a smile until I stated my name and what I was there to pick up..None of that happened. In the end we were very disappointed and sent a very strongly worded letter about our disappointment in their services. We were told in no uncertain terms that we are being dropped his clients even from our business case which had nothing to do with our personal case. When I went to pick up the folder at their office I was greeted with a hearty hello and a smile until I stated my name and what I was there to pick up. Then it was met with rudeness. All they did was make a bunch of copies of a bunch of emails that I sent them. Which they complained about because they told me to email them my receipts and Google photos only allows you had to attach so many files to an email. They complained about everything. Do not use this law firm if you want to get anything done and do not believe anything they say. Also, when I told her I was going to be leaving a review and reporting her to the BBB. Kimberly Spurlocke told me in writing that I should consult counsel before doing so. So she just basically threatened me that I couldn’t do this. Fact of the matter is when you don’t do what you say you’re going to do for a client they leave a review ..

Kimberley is professional, forthcoming, honest, and clear. It's one thing to get a lawyer who says all the nice things just to keep a retainer, it's another to have one who actually advises you. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. I had the privledge of speaking with Misty and she was fabulous. She was friendly, informative, down to earth, and professional.

Had a meeting scheduled for 10:30 am. I received a call at 9 am stating that the attorney was not available today. I was asked to reschedule in 5 days. When I informed the receptionist that I had taken the day off from work she told me that she would check and see if they could "squeeze you in." I was then told that I could have a phone consultation for 30 minutes, or a 2 hour phone consultation at 6 that evening. I have wasted my PTO. I am days behind now that I'll be seeking other counsel. This is highly unprofessional. As anyone who has gone through this knows, every hour is important. I am now setback days.

They have done well by others based off of the reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was much different.
