Thank you for being so transparent to your clients. Initially I have made a remarkable review about Davis and Associates at the time of signing the contract but I am sorry I need now to withdraw it. At the time I signed the contract I was asked to make a review which is not appropriate as the services is not yet accomplished. But now that I have gone through a traumatic experience, I can make a more genuine review. I had to wait more than four months prior to getting started my case with the intention that I pay fully the installments. Once that is done things start to go like a turtle walk ending up with no outcome. almost nine months we have to wait to come to this end. I am sorry to say my experience was not good by all measures including the way our calls are handled and even setting appointment sound not an easy task. Additionally a full session to be briefed about the case and all the steps and the required documents was not communicated initially and we are asked from time to time to submit certain documents but the road map was not clear. Sometimes the receptionist was not kind enough to accommodate the call professionally. All this is one thing but to wait several months and to pay fully the fee and to get our documents back that is really of unjustified matter. Our case could have been studied more thoroughly prior to the start of the case. I am sorry that my case get to this dead end of wasting time and effort. I am really not an advocate of clients to deal with you based on the hardship I have gone through which will last for years to be folded.
I have to put a one star although I don't intend to put any star but for the case of sending the review it has to be one star at least.
