Mr. Saunders and his staff treated me with courtesy and respect and I could not be more pleased with the result he achieved for me.

He is a gentleman, nice honest and courteous and he did what he said he would do.

I wish that all lawyers were like this. I was seriously hurt at work and could not work and the insurance company kept pointing the finger at me as if I had done something wrong. Because of substandard medical care and no pay benefits I finally called a lawyer. Long story short he recovered all of my benefits for me back to the day I got hurt.

My back was seriously hurt while working and the insurance company was no help at all. They wanted to deny me everything. They called my serious back injury a sprain and would not let me see a specialist. I called many other law firms but they did not want to take my case because it was all denied. Mr. Saunders was the only lawyer to listen to me and to help me. He laid out the plan for me and explained how the system works, and then he did what he told me.

He handled my whole case and went to count with me several times. He was professional and courteous and keeping me informed the whole time. My case has been going on for over a year now but now i am getting good medical attention and weekly pay benefits.

I hope that I never get injured again but, if I do, I know who I will call.

Mr. Saunders was able to get my weekly payments started back up after the insurance carrier stopped my weekly payments. His staff was always so helpful and attentive and always answered all of my questions timely. I definitely recommend his law firm if you want an experienced attorney that actually cares.

Mr. Saunders, the Saunders law firm was so helpful to me. I can try but can never really thank him enough for the fine work he personally did for me. The really great thing about the Saunders law firm is that Mr. Saunders only take cases when your really being treated unfairly and he handles every case personally himself. He is a senior attorney who specialized in workers compensation and had tons of experience but the point is that you don't get sluffed off to some new lawyer. Anyway, he was able to get all of my pay beneifts back to the date of my injury, a recovery of over $46,000 and he did not take a percentage of it like most lawyer but just charge a small hourly fee.
Anyway, he was really patient with all of my many many questions. I had heard good things about saunders from my friends and I'm glad that I had the good sense to go to him.

WARNING!!! I hired Robert Saunders as a Lawyer to take my case about workers compensation, but he didn't work my case. On the other hand, Mr. Saunders sent a bill to the Division of Workers Compensation to claim the pay for my case.
The agreement was that the first consultation was free, he was going to take my case about my injury with my employer, and at anytime we can terminate the contract without penalty.
I'm suffering with the pain of my injury until now, and Mr. Saunders didn't do anything for 2 months, I called several times to know any notice about advance of my case but just his secretary told me wait. Finally I was tired and I sent an email to Mr. Saunders terminating the contract. But after that, Mr. Saunders sent a bill to workers compensation to receive a payment for my case. Just in case I receive some benefits for my injury. I don't like when the people try to take advantage of anyone, more if the person is Hispanic and don't speak well the English language. I'm feeling silly, because I believed in his honesty.
I did my complaint but it looks like the Judge is his friend and despite of my arguments, the judge determined that he will be paid for the two months of the contract even though he has not worked on my case.

DO NOT USE THIS MAN. I used his “services” for about 2.5 years and only talked to him 3 times, in which I had to call non stop for about 3 weeks at a time to talk to him. Him and his staff DO NOT tell you what’s going on with your case but they surely do charge workers comp every month for services that aren’t being done. Please save your self a headache and go somewhere else and READ/WATCH what you sign don’t let snakes like this law firm reel you in. I wouldn’t be taking the time out of my day to write this if what I said was a lie. Oh and btw they will drop you when you go in after not getting through with them over the phone... worst law form ever, his staff is unorganized... if you’ve already signed a binding contract with them please do yourself a solid and go before the board to take this leeching firm off your back. And if you think this is just an angry client then your partly correct but if you still choose to use them then you will soon find yourself in the same situation. Good luck .

They dropped my case before i could get all my testing results to them. They didn’t even try.

He ripped me off for $1700 his office said that he died when I went to go collect it and all of a sudden he’s back alive again so please if you use this attorney you will be scammed out of money
