Amazing firm! Very professional and honest. They helped me obtain my green card and cannot wait to go back to do my citizenship! I strongly recommend Attorney Bates and his office.

Our case was complicated and lengthy, nevertheless Mr. Bates came through and we are very satisfied. Immigration cases can take a long time and many lawyers make promises they cannot keep. Mr. Bates was always honest and never made promises.

I won't recommend this place to anyone, personally. To even find, what services they practice in, its $40 fee and a long wait and from there your money keeps on going and going.

***NO SIRVEN PARA NADA***Stay away! They promised my mother a 6 month turn around for her residency 3 years ago. We've been calling every day for a month straight just to set up an appointment and they just give us the run around. Do not spend your hard earned money on these good for nothing "lawyers". We will be reporting to the BBB! Update: 5 years later and still nothing. Spoke with another lawyer and within 5 mins of speaking, he provided more info than these scam artists ever did... And he didn't charge a dime!

Long wait, unprofessional attorneys and high fees until they ripe you off completely, is what you get at this law firm. I am a CPA and a tax attorney, I understand professionalism and client interest very well. But when I visited this law for my family's immigration needs, they were totally opposite. Their usual wait times are 2-3 hrs and the attitudes they have as though they are working for free.They wasted my time and money. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I usually don't write reviews, but this one I really had to warn everyone.

We are very happy with this firm. Reina & Bates. Amanda Waterhouse and her assistant Gabriela Sosa are so special for our family. They took their valuable time to study my sister in law case and gave us the victory when this case had no hope. God sent this Angels to help us when we need it the most.
