I totally agree with the other bad reviews. I just bought a house in Bayou Oaks and they sent me a fictitious invoice including attorney fees of $700

Horrible Experience Crooks

I am a relatively new resident to the Cross Creek Ranch (Townhome) subdivision. I have recently received a very threatening letter from this firm claiming that they are foreclosing on my home unless I pay in full the charges listed. I have been in contact w/ the mgmt company (ACMI) and have already worked out a deal for the one month fee I apparently missed. I would advise all who have any dealings w/ this firm to save any and all documentation received and contact an attorney to see what your legal rights truly are. I have an acquaintance who has dealt with them before and has warned me of who they are what they attempt to do. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Called twice and emailed about an account in collections. What do I do if too pay my debt if I can never get a hold of these people??

Crooks. He doesn’t wipe out his fees after a foreclosure sale. He doesn’t provide a ledger of his attorney fees when requested.

These are crooks, the lady that works there her name is Tammy she is rude and has no clue what she providing. She has no knowledge of any information you asked for. There are only two people in the office. They work with crooks who steal people's money and run away. Kleinbrook subdivision in being threatened by this lawyer. The previous HOA president ran away with the association dues his name is RAJ NATARANJAN. Now this attorney has bought the debt and trying to scare people to pay them the money. Liars, cheaters and crooks. The whole office sucks. I had to select one start at least to post this or else these people don't even deserve it.

I called to handle a debt that was in collections with this firm, I spoke with Martha she informed me that she needed to call the lender's data dept and would call me back. She took my name and number. I never heard from her so I called back again the next day, I spoke with Martha again, she said she still didn't have the information needed that the lender was the issue, she said she would try again took down my name and number again (which she should've already had) and said she'd call me back. Nothing. I called AGAIN spoke with a Carmen (I think) and was told Martha was the person I needed to speak too, she had Martha call me back and she STILL hadn't gotten the information I needed to pay the balance.

I then called the lender and explained what was happening, I was told that Martha was the issue and that she was lying to me. I was told they would call and have them contact me with a total so that I could pay. I wasn't called back until the next week with a total but when Tammy finally called me back she was very courteous and had the information I needed. I overnighted a check and paid the balance.

Overall I was not pleased with the service at all, aside from Tammy. Having someone call 3 times to pay on a debt that you are trying to collect is ridiculous. They should be calling me, not the other way around.
