Have used Richard for years. Always did an excellent job.

Where is Richard Burgess. His office on Hwy 6 is closed and his office phone is disconnected. I saw an obit that his father had passed away Richard Sr. in January. Does anyone know if Richard Burgess Jr is still practicing law and where is he.

Mr. Burgess was very good at helping me and sisters regarding my fathers estate after my dad passed away. We all were at such a loss on what to do since he passed away without a will. Mr. Burgess was very honest, helpful, and efficient and he guided us through the probate process very well. Basically told me there is nothing he can do for me & my best bet will be to start a small claim lawsuit. He said there was nothing they could find a the Defendant who crashed into my car.
