My Mother had a horrible experience with lack of communication, the firm not advising that her case was referred to another firm, bad customer service and the paralegal Debi hung up on my Mother after she became upset that they referred her case to another firm without even telling her. I’ve used Linda Wagner as my attorney before and she was good with the case but what happened to my Mother with the other attorneys and the paralegal is unacceptable and unprofessional. Communication and professionalism is key and I’m disappointed that they lacked in both of those with my Mother’s case.
